Louise-Andrée Baril

Louise-Andrée Baril is one of the most accomplished musicians and pianists in Canada. Her instinctive and sensual style brings a distinct intensity to the works she interprets. In this new project, inspired by the exotic Spanish music, French music culminates to its zenith! Two musical universes meet through De Falla, Granados, Albéniz, Ravel, Debussy and many more.

This concept allows us to discover yet another feature of the artist.

Native from Cornwall, pianist Louise-Andrée Baril performs regularly in recitals and as soloist with orchestras across Canada as well as in Mexico, Central America, South-America, Asia and Europe, particularly France. Her repertoire is vast but she demonstrates a special curiosity for Spanish and French music, as well as for contemporary music.
